How it works
Your bank texts you like always. UPI, card, salary, bill, AutoPay.
Rules run on the phone. OTPs, promos and personal chats are skipped and never stored.

Most money apps want a login, your bank password or a cloud account. This one has no server to send anything to, and Android does not even give it the internet permission.

No. The app has no internet permission at all, so it cannot send anything anywhere. All reading and maths happen on the phone.
Only the money SMS that became a transaction, a due or a balance. Personal messages, OTPs and promotions are skipped and never stored. What is kept is encrypted on the phone.

Not yet. iOS does not let any app read the SMS inbox.
Its SMS may still be picked up by the general rules and marked “auto-detected · check”. Tap More → My bank is missing. It saves a file on your phone listing the bank senders the app could not read (counts only, never SMS text). The app cannot send it, as it has no internet; if you like, email the file to hello@easelynow.com yourself and we will add your bank in an update.
Android only for now. iPhone does not let any app read SMS.
